I was there all weekend and hat to do my own cleaning every thing I used I hat to clean I had a shower and hat to clean it after I used it

Very comfortable one male staff was extremely rude and lazy.
I love the location and the quietness in the room. The room is adequate size and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable.
There was a terrible smell from the sink that smelt like a sewer.
I used to like the 24 hour bar but I was informed on arrival that the member of staff on duty couldn’t be bothered to do 2 jobs. So it was closed. I was there with work colleagues and we got a take out from Nando’s and they wouldn’t put the lights on. So we ate in the dark. While we were eating in the dark someone came down and ordered drinks. Another group were there and they went out to buy drinks but like us wanted to socialise in the bar area. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Pre Christmas break
Good town centre location friendly staff and quite at night
Was noisy air con unit but was given a heater that cut out after 10 minutes so left the air con unit on when we went out so was warm when we came back

Amazing location - needs a little TLC
The location was amazing - on the sea front with amazing views. Easy walk of beach, bars, tower and amazements. Hotel room was clean and equipped. towels were huge and very clean and fluffy! always a bonus
We have a sea view room - well it would have been if the internal windows were clean - I had to use a cloth to clean to wipe them :(. The room was freezing when we arrived - turned on the har con/heater however we had to turn it off as it was so noisy. Room cards didn't work on lats day and reception confirmed there was a problem with our door so we could only have one key card :(
